Renovation and addition to historic 1837 riverfront hotel for the City of Selma to meet Secretary of Interiors Standards including commercial kitchen, banquet facilities, public areas, guest rooms, and courtyard. Public/Private Partnership. Project reviewed and approved by National Park Service, Alabama Historical Commission, Alabama Building Commission, and local Architectural Review Board.
