Selective demolition, renovation, and rehabilitation of 1914 Meridian City Hall including exterior architectural terra cotta, installing new electrical, mechanical, fire protection systems, and energy efficient controls and systems. Project included restoration of historic decorative finishes, identifying and removal of asbestos and lead based paint.
